How to use it
- Open Download and choose the asset for macOS Apple Silicon, macOS Intel, or Windows x64.
- On macOS, open the DMG and drag Rovai AI into Applications. On Windows, run the per-user installer.
- Launch the installed App. Follow the release notes if your system shows a signing or publisher prompt.

Choose the right package
- Mac with Apple silicon
- Choose the arm64 DMG. Check About This Mac if you are unsure which processor you have.
- Intel Mac
- Choose the x64 DMG. An arm64 package is not the right installer for this machine.
- Windows PC
- Choose the x64 EXE and follow the per-user setup wizard.
Installing over an older copy
On a Mac, quit the old App, open the downloaded DMG and drag the new App to Applications. Confirm Replace if Finder asks. Launch from Applications after copying finishes.
Your conversations and settings live outside the application bundle. A normal replacement does not ask you to delete them. If you have important local work, make a separate backup before changing versions.
If the system blocks launch
- Read the release notes for the exact version and compare its publisher or signing guidance with the system prompt.
- Do not repeatedly download a different processor package to work around a signing warning; processor and signing are separate checks.
