Withdraw and queue messages

Understand when a sent message can be withdrawn and how later work waits its turn.

How to use it

  1. Find your sent message. Its Withdraw action appears only while none of its recipients has claimed it; confirm to withdraw before that point.
  2. Open the execution panel to view waiting delivery or queued run cards and use Locate original message to check the request.
  3. In a one-on-one chat, a message sent while the teammate is busy joins that chat’s queue; edit it by moving it back to the composer or remove it from the queue.

Where a request waits

Unclaimed public message
Withdraw appears on your message only before any recipient claims it. Once the first recipient claims it, withdrawal is no longer available.
Waiting delivery
The message has a recipient but is waiting to be delivered. Locate the original message before changing the plan.
Queued run
The recipient’s work waits behind current work. The execution panel shows the queue; it is not a message-withdraw control.
One-on-one queue
A private message sent while the teammate is busy joins that private session’s FIFO. Move it back to the composer to edit or remove it from the queue.

Choose the right correction

If the public message is still unclaimed, withdraw it from the message card and send a clearer version. If already claimed, inspect the run and send a follow-up instead.

For a private queue, edit or remove the queued item in the one-on-one panel. Editing a private item does not change the public timeline.
